Refund Policy

Last Updated: July 31, 2026 All products and services offered by Masce Designs are digital goods, delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and expressly agree that:

• You are requesting immediate access to and/or download of digital content;
• Once access has been granted or a download has begun, you lose any right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase, including any statutory cooling-off period that may otherwise apply under consumer protection laws in your country or region (such as the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right);
• As a result, all sales are final and no refund will be issued once a product has been delivered or work on a commissioned product/service has begun.

We will consider a refund only in the following limited cases:

• You were charged in error or charged twice for the same order;
• The file(s) delivered are corrupted, empty, or otherwise fail to open through no fault of your setup;
• The product delivered is materially different from what was advertised.

Refund requests under these exceptions must be raised within 7 days of purchase via Discord, with your order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or decline delivery at our discretion — including where we believe a product is likely to be misused — in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

Filing a chargeback or PayPal dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension of your Discord access while the matter is investigated.
