Terms of Service

By purchasing a product and/or service from Masce Designs, you are agreeing to the following terms of service and any applicable laws and regulations. Disagreement with any of the following terms or violation of any terms will result in the termination of your access to our products or services. Additionally, by opening a ticket for any reason, you automatically agree to these terms of service.

All payments must be received in full before any work begins. Payment methods will be discussed and agreed upon during the order process. No work will start until payment is confirmed.

Filing disputes against a developer through PayPal is strictly prohibited. If a customer files a dispute on either payment application, the customer will be banned from our Discord. This ban is permanent and cannot be appealed under any circumstances.

All of our products and services are digital and are non-refundable once a service or product(s) have been provided or work has begun on a service or product(s). Refunds are non-negotiable. Additionally, no refund has to be provided if the developer feels like this product is going to be misused. Service can also be refused after payment.

Once a member has purchased a product and/or service from Masce Designs, they become our customer; thus, it is their sole responsibility to protect any files from being redistributed on unofficial Masce Designs sites or Discords. Any product or service made by us is not to be shared with any third-party servers or roleplay communities. The customer is entitled to share files with a server that they are within. However, upon the customer's decision to leave a server using shared files, they must be immediately removed from said server. If any files are found to have been redistributed and said files are traced back to the original purchaser, they will face consequences.

A customer of Masce Designs is not to do the following with any purchased product or service : (!) Modify, rip, or plagiarize the product and/or service. (!) Redistribute or resell the product. (!) Distribute the product and/or service to a user not relevant to a server or any server development. (!) Claim any and all credit for any product and/or service. (!) Developer assets cannot be resold under any circumstances. A customer of Masce Designs is allowed to modifiy the textures of any purchased products that includes a .psd file otherwise it's porhibited.

By commissioning a product or service from Masce Designs, the customer agrees that the commissioned work can be resold by Masce Designs. Opening a ticket for a commission indicates acceptance of these terms and the customer's agreement to the potential resale of their commissioned product or service.

Masce Designs reserves the right to remove your access or permission to any of our assets at any time, without reason or prior notice.

Management of Masce Designs is entitled to amend these Terms of Service at any given point in time without serving notice regarding any amendments.
